Confusion about Entrance of New Beneficiary

I have entered in Government service in 2010 and enrolled in WBHS in 2011. I have not enrolled my parents as my beneficiary. Now I want to do enroll their name.Their income is less than Rs. 3500/-. What Procedure is to be taken for this purpose? How can i apply for this?

will the teachers of govt. sponsored or govt aided or or of primary schools be allowed to enter the WBHS or the cashless benefit?

@b_roy: At present, WBHS facility is only given to the State Govt. Employees. However, there is every possibility of extension of such benefit to other than Govt. employees in future.

thanks nemo. Lets wait for the govt decision. Our beloved CM has announced this at the assembly(years back) that it would be implemented for the teachers within 6 months but for some unknown reason it has been suppressed. We must wait and hope some one may remind the govt for this noble scheme.

I faced similar problems while inclusion of me new born baby. there is no stipulated guidelines.
You need to apply your controlling officer, who in turn requisition of WBHS cards( May Be for only your parents or for your whole family) to your appointing authority. If new cards will be issued to your parents only than necessary correction is required for your existing cards and if new cards are issued to all family members than old cards issued earlier need to be surrendered. But Cards will be signed by your controlling officer.

There is no time limit of inclusion of beneficiary of an already enrolled govt employee. Again health scheme enrollment extended upto 31.03.2015 for all the govt employees. So in both the terms, any govt employee may enroll his/her name under WBHS and enroll beneficiary’s name ,either is possible upto 31.3.2015 without any confusion except for whom who already opted out from WBHS. They never be allowed as per present regulation.
