IF MY DATE OF APPOINTMENT IS BEFORE 31/3/2013 [ SEPT 2012] BUT NOT COMPLETED 2 YEARS DURATION ….. AM I ABLE TO GET FACILITY TO GET HEALTH SCHEME… I WILL BE CONSIDER AS NEW ENTRANT OR EXISTING EMPLOYEE ACCORDING TO ORDER NO. 5986-F (MED) Dt. 12-07-2012.

New Entrant.Existing means existing on 12/07/2012.Any government employee getting appointment on or after 13/07/2012 ia a new entrant under WBHS,2008
