Multiple Cooperative Society and its members engaged in KMDA in various work like Security, Pump Operator etc. They are getting daily rate of Government of West Bengal. The latest Order of Govt. of West Bengal regarding benefits of contractual workers is applicable or not to these workers. if yes how it will be applied. The KMDA Authority disagree to implement such order on these workers. Please note that the cooperative society has been formed on the basis of NOC of KMDA (ersthwile KMW&SA).
