A help is in need for my office against the input of annexure-v in the new cosa system, a mistake had been made at the time of entry, in place of STATE BANK OF INDIA, STATE BANK OF HYDRA BAD , all the data of an official had been entered. Now the bank statement correction cannot be done by the office. So, i personally requesting, how the problem can be rectified as there is no net connection at office.
all friends are requested to collect the G.O.No.1829-F(Y) dt. 01.03.2012 with its annexure. this is the original order. i am giving ph. nos. in respect of district’s vendor for implementation & support to this software.

Same problem in installing the software. The package opens and says ‘updating database….’ then it closes down. Does anyone have the solution to this problem?
all friends are requested to contact district wise ph no. as my previous post. those institution are empowered agencies by the state govt. the software is not so easy to operate for 1st time users. the institutions will give trainning to the office staff also. those who installed the software (SQL version) download the latest exe file from wb finance website & paste that in cosa folder of C drive’s programme folder. it may solve the problem úpdating database..”
