If anybody file a case in Court against MC of the school, the expenses for running the case on behalf of school is born by whom? By School fund or by State Government? Plz. post reply………….
I agree with som.
Since MC is not a Govt. Body, Govt. has nothing to do with it if a case is filed against MC. I think, in such situation, MC has to bear all the expenses incurred for defending the case in the Court.
More views from the teachers, HMs, MC members etc. are requested in this regard.
I agree with Mr Som and Mr Majumdar. The case is against the M.C., thus M.C. will decide & bear everything regarding it. But as heard, if the status of all aided schools change as per RMSA, then the scenario might change.
