If a contractual employee of state government (whose contractual emolument has been fixed by taking all the components including HRA) resides in a assessed rent quarter, what will be his/her HRA deduction – assessed rent or the amount of HRA component?
Please mention your department.
Does it differ from department to department? Nevertheless it is a case of P & RD Department.
