A WB Govt. Sponsored Secondary School Teacher was on LIEN for 4 months & 18 days. Whether 2o yrs benefit under RoPA-09 will be deferred ? Date of completion of 20 yrs of service 02/04/2019. Pls, give in details with supporting G.O.
If the LIEN is taken in personal matter then it will be differ. But in case of promotion, there will be no differ to get 20 years of benefit. ( Both will be treated as EOL)
