Delay in subscription of GPF Deduction

Good evening, Myself Dr Suhas Biswas, working as a Medical Officer under West Bengal Health Services.
I have started GPF deduction from salary 3 years and 5 months later joining the service. Will it cause any problem in future? If so, please guide me what to do next.
