My qualifications:M.Sc(Phy),M.Ed,CSA,IELTS. I’m in GoWB (Educational Adm) service since 1998.Recently I applied through my employer to a GoI service. The post was on deputation for 3-5 yrs. My Employer’s office countersigned and forwarded my application to the GoI’s appropriate deptt. Then, I was shortlisted by the GoI deptt and was interviewed and finally selected and got the offer of apptt on 10-02-14.
Now my Employer’s office is not agreed to release me on deputation(atleast 3 yrs) and instead they want to release me on lien (max 2 yrs.) which is not acceptable by the said Deptt under GoI. Last date of joining to the new post is 10-03-14. I ran after my file (releasing) from 17-02-14 and till 26-02-14,nothing good did happen,which could enable me to join in the GoI service on deputation as per terms and conditions given in the Advt.,the application form and the apptt letter.
Pls help me combat the situation,
