Myself Nirupam Dey, posted in the office of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Kakdwip, South 24 Parganas as Data entry operator since 8 years.
My Home district is Hooghly district. I am posted as District cadre in S24 Pgs district.
I want to know can I apply for District transfer i.e. home district Hooghly? It may be mentioned that my parents are alone and no one is there to look them after.
If yes whom to submit my prayer? Please guide me in this regard.
Also I want to know whether there will be any hindrance in seniority matters and financial matters in my service.
