    My question was what is the due date for filing return for ADVANCE TAX PAYER for AY 2015-16. Is this too 31.08.2015?

    but we haven’t in receipt of Form-16 from ADI office. then how could we file return before the schedule date?

    Contact your ADI. He/She will answer this question.
    It will also be possible to e-file IT Return after 31st Aug,2015, but the processing of your ITR may be delayed, IT Dept may incur somr fine etc.
