i want to know about new PRESIDENT’S power and duties ( ie does and doesn’t ) .

The President is there only to preside over the Meetings of the MC. Otherwise he has the same power/duties as the other members of the MC have.

Not only that he will be a bank operator with the H.M., there is no option/provosion of Sub Finance Committee in newly sponsored school, where we used to place of a T.R. as a member of Sub Finance Committee .
