Can a State Govt. Employee, with more than 10 years of service and having more than 20 years till superannuation, take Extra Ordinary Leave (E.O.L) or without pay leave, to pursue higher studies. If so, what are the procedures involved ?
Study Leave is another option…i.e to pursue higher studies in the interest of public service…..it is allowed up to 12 months at any one time and 24 months in entire service period…if u are going to pursue higher studies then pay is admissible provided that you are not drawing any scholarships/stipend……
