Dear friends, My two queries are….
1. If I take extra-ordinary leave for the period of 16.07.2014 to 30.06.2015 for pursuing B.ed course in regular mode, then what will be the next increment date according to Ropa 2009 ?. I have join the post as a non-teaching staff (clerk) on 21.11.2012 . Will it be mention on my service book? Or will it be counted as break of service?
2. In my school, an assistant teacher has been completed his 10 years service without any break on 22.04.2014.Now how will he get his 10 year benefit according to Ropa 2009 ?.
1. On 01/07/16 ;
Yes, this EOL will mentioned in your service book.
If your leave sanctioned by your MC, then it will not be consider as Break in Service.
2. On 01/07/14 he will get double increment. One is for his 10 years of benefit and other is Normal increment.
