Eligibility of post retirement spouse for Family Pension

Can any body tell me G.O. no. or provide me a GO on above subject.
So far i recall a GO is there which makes the spouses married by a pensioner after RETIREMENT is also eligible for FAMILY PENSION.

It is permitted in pursuance of order issued by Finance Department vide No. 1996-F dt. 27.09.1991. Thanks.
