I cannot give you the details of the news. But I can assure you that the news was first published in THE TIMES OF INDIA inthe month of December 2012. I actually cannot supply the actual date, but it was in the first half of the month. Again the news was published in either BARTAMAN or ANANDABAZAR, here I am not sure.

The scoop is about a circular on EPF that has been introduced and withdrawn later.
