as per my knowledge one has to get D.I.’s permission to do their further study in relation to enhancement of their existing pay scale.
now one of my colleagues has completed her M.SC. just few days ago nd applied for pay scale.she took necessary permission from M.C.before doing her course but she was ignorant abt D.I.’s permission nd so our H.M. i just came to know today that school did not forwarded the resolution to D.I.’s office for necessary permission
i’m so worried abt her ,she doesn’t know anything .i just want suggestion from my forum friends to deal with the situation.
r their any way out?

thax.Whether the teacher sought financial benefit in the application for enhancement of qualification? Whether he/she made any request to M.C. for onward transmission of application to D.I.?
Anyway, he/she may now submit a fresh prayer to M.C. for forwarding application to D.I. for ex-post facto approval.
Pls see the following court verdict. Though it is little different from the present case yet it may help to understand the provision of post facto approval!
