As per your Date of Enrollment, being a Graduate (be it civil/ Military or whatsoever it might be), will not help you out. Graduate Teachers appointed on or after 23-08-2010, will only have the privilege to forget about their HS qualification/percentages !

I need to do drige course ?May 5, 2012 at 11:40 pm #52212AnonymousInactiveHowever, there seems to be a silver lining present for Ex-serviceman in this regard. For Air Force ExSm I.A.F Educational Test (for promotion to the rank of Corporal) or equivalent in case of Army and Navy is recognised as equivalent to Higher Secondary Examination of a recognized Board or Pre University Examination (Only for those airmen who are Matriculates and have passed the LAC Reclassification Test and the IAF Educational Test under Scheme ‘A’ (Non- Matriculate airmen qualifying IAF Educational Test for promotion to the rank of Corporal will not be eligible.
For Army and Navy “Army Qualification recognised by the Central Government and State Governments” see this link about “NATIONAL EMPLOYMENT SERVICE MANUAL, Page-99,APPENDIX 1(8) Serial No 1 to 8, ” of ‘Directorate General of Employment & Training (DGET) Ministry of Labour & Employment Government of India’ and act accordingly. I feel, you need not to upgrade your HS(10+2) percentage . Now regarding percentages of the above said examinations, at this moment I am having only the Air Force authority. Download “Regulations for the Air Force” from this link and see Chapter XIX-Education Section-2 Paragraph-1080 and related paragraphs.

May 8, 2012 at 10:24 am #52216AnonymousInactiveI was appointed a pry. teacher in march 2010 and i completed one year ptt training 2003-04.My qualification-(H.S-47.6%, GRADUATION-62.38%) But i am “SCHEDULED CASTE” candidate.A Notification published from NCTE (F.No.-61-1/2011/NCTE/N&S) ON 1st april,2011 from where i knew the correction of NCTE Notification (F.No-61-03/20/2010/NCTE/ N&S) ON 23rd august,2010 that is relaxation upto 5% marks for “SCs/STs” should be allowed. From the D.S.E Notification (no 277-SE(P)/12-06/09(Pt.-1) dt-28.03.12) Atleast 50% marks in H.S Is necessary ( SCs/STs candidates also) for the teacher who appoiented from 10.12.2007 to 22.08.2010. So please advised me 50% marks in H.S is necessary for me or relaxation of 5% mark in H.S should be avalible for me.
