I am a Hindi medium teacher.Can anyone tell me about the institute available for D EL ED through IGNOU/NIOS etc in the light of notification No. 277-SE(P)/l 2-6/09 (Pt-I) Dt. 28.03.2012.

i have passed 1year ptti course from a non ncte approved institution at 2005-2006. now i’m a primary school teacher joined on 13/09/2012. will it valid if i conduct a bridge course of 1year? if it is not valid then what i will do?I am B.Com. My category is Sc. I secured 46.2% in H.S Exam. whether i upgrade the
50% in H.S or notGovernment of West Bengal, School Education Department notified fof enhancement of qualification of primary school teacher vide notification no.277-SE(P)/10M-6/09(Pt-I)-28th March,2012 as to meet the qualificatiom prescribed by NCTE w.e.f 03/09/2001 i.e. qualification for appointment of primary teacher are passed Senior Secondary (10+2/H.S) and two years Diploma in Education(D.Ed).
i observed that teachers with Diploma in Engineering/ Work Education falls under pay scale Rs. 7100-37600 plus Grade Pay Rs.3900.
Whereas Diploma in Engineering is done after Secondary Examination and duration of Diploma in Engineering are three years.
Whereas Primary School Teachers Qualifications will be after enhancement of qualification Diploma in Education two years plus Senior Secondary two years total four years and i also saw that Diploma in Engineering course after Senior Secondary are two years.
So in this present situtation primary school teacher are eligible for pay scale Rs. 7100-37600 plus Grade Pay Rs. 3900 with similar pay of teachers with Diploma in Engineering .
So it is right time to associate Primary School Teacher for the movement of claiming pay scale Rs. 7100-37600 plus Grade Pay Rs. 3900.
Therefore i appeal to all primary school teachers in west bengal who were appointed after 03/09/2001 form an association for the movement for the pay scaleRs. 7100-37600 plus Grade Pay Rs. 3900.
