I am a B.Com graduate and joined my service in 1992. Completed one year PTT course in 2003 – 2004. Was T.I.C.Presently working as an Assistant Teacher in a School under Kolkata Primary School Council. My name is neither placed in H.T. Panel nor I am allowed to do the Bridge course. So my future is in complete darkness. Met several times the official of the council but without any result.Wrote several letters to the Officials of Education Deptt. but no reply yet. Instead a H.T Is posted in my School who is more than 8 years junior to me. So is there any definite policy and rules prevailing in Kolkata Primary School Council?
I have been working as a science teacher in a upper primary school for 10 yrs. I am a graduate in biochemistry. Is it required maths in H.S. or be a graduate in royal?

I was appointed a pry. teacher in 15th november1999. and p t t i trained in 2003-2004 one year from sikha sangha ptti institute . my qualification is B.sc and also H S 52.11%. . my question is that bridge course is necessary for me.please any suggestion .I am south 24 parganas and under bishnupur 3 circle
