if a person has less than 50% marks in HS but has got 75% marks in graduation……. now if he goes for 10+2 via ODL and achieves more than 50%……… Will his graduation marks be valid?? if not then suppose he got worse marks in graduation then will you be responsible for any obstacle in his career for this???
