Diagnostics Centers having license as large laboratory under Clinical Establishment Rules, 2003 and/ or stand alone radiology center with digital imaging, sonology, CT and/ or MRI facilities, empaneled under an independent External Quality Assurance Programme for all specialities may apply for empanelment under WBHS 2008 to the authority. The authority of WBHS 2008 consists of Officials of West Bengal Health & Family Welfare and West Bengal Finance Department. In this regard the Diagnostic Center may contact at Swasthya Bhavan for assessment of the center along with prescribed Assessment Fees. After assessment of facilities the class of the diagnostic center is determined e.g. diagnostic center having NABL or CAP accreditation may be considered as Class – I center.
Regarding claim for WBHS 2008 bills of non empanelled hospital which TR form no is applicable.In TR form68 there no column for non empanelled hospital. How do i proceed for such??
