While participating in Govt. Tenders it is known fact that Co-Operative Societies are exempted from depositing Earnest Money. In this regard what is the actual Govt. directions? There are many kinds of Co-operative Societies. Who should actually be exempted from this? Please reply mentioning Govt. rules, orders if any. Thanking you in advance.
