Extension of B.Ed Session_Regular Mode

Hello ! Sharing a G.O. regarding extension of B.Ed session in regular mode under C.U.
I would like to know if this extension is applicable to B.Ed courses in all universities in W.B.? Please share your valuable comments….

these are for calcutta university. but for other universities? and this is a order to b.ed colleges but for D.I. office or school any order fro bikash bhaban? that previous order was from university which is not sufficient
