Memorandum No. 96-SE /1M-112/2008 dated 13 April 2010 informs that a divorced daughter of a primary teacher can get family pension. I would like to know, if a divorced daughter of a retired University teacher is eligible for family pension after the death of her parents. I will appreciate receiving a copy of the Memorandum/Govt. Order. Thanks.

As far as I know a divorce daughter will get the family pension whose monthly income below Rs. 3500/- per month unto her remarriage or death. G.O.No. 95(80)-SE dt. 13/04/2010 and the G.O.No. 96-SE dt. 13/04/2010. Most probably it may grant to you as a divorce daughter vide memo no. 138-F(Pen) dated Kolkata the 3rd March 2008.Re: Family Pension for a divorced daughter of a University t
