    please supply me with the G.O. which gives order for reimbursement of cost, not given by the insurance company; balance amount from the WBHS for currently working employee.

    Is surgical extraction and removal of dental impact ( Code 01008071 ) and repair of facial soft tissue laceration ( Code 01008065 ) in OPD of an empanelled hospital reimbursable under WBHS 2008 ? If so, which forms are necessary ?

    Sir please inform me about the following columns in web application. (I want to include my father in this scheme who is a pensioner and retired on 1998)
    My mother is a pensioner also (Primary School teacher)
    Pensioner last pay: basic+da+medical ?
    Pensioner basic pension: Todays full pension? (75 yrs)
    Pensioner cadre type: storekeeper in district reserve store. (Gr C or B ?)
