I am also joined in high school in 24.08.10. When will be my last time to complete B.ed degree without hampering my increment?
As per ‘wbxpress’ who has joined as an A.T. under W.B.B.S.E. or W. B. H.S.C.in between 31.03.2001 to 2011 will be given time till 2015 to complete B.Ed degree.A notification will be issued very soon regarding it.
As per existing rules you will take time up to five years from the date of your joining. with thanks.

bt now i am also doing part time phd from B.U. And registration upto sep 2014, can i doing b.ed from IGNOU by distance mode during this time?

I do not think the MC or the DI will grant permission to pursue another course (in this case B.Ed) till one is completed, irrespective of whether that course is from an open university or not.
I agree with the above.
It shall be rejected as per G.O. 548-SE(S) dated 24.06.1997.
