Thenk you to both of you brother for your best efforts to solve the problem of other.
As per my knowledge, the person should had to submit his option within one month from the date of publication of the notification of the ROPA 2009 & that should be at the school where he was serving at that period.

How a G.O dated …/…/1990 can state about ROPA-2009 w.e.f 01/01/2006? Are you sure Mr. Bhunia?

In our School, a teacher joined on the year 2007 from other school with LPC (acc. to that time salary), but he maid his option by ROPA-2009 in new school as well as 1 year arrear. There no problem is occur.

Thanks for the quick reply. actually I mention these two dates as for example. The said G.O clarified regarding office/school from where OPTION of ROPA should be exercised in case employee/teachers join another office/school in between date of effect of ROPA rules and date of notification of ROPA rules.MUSKIL ASAN(April-2011 edition) —page no. 79 , question no. 75

But in our school it happens, there is no problem. Mushkil Aasan states about ROPA-1998 not 2009

If this general G.O(dated 22.06.90) applicable to ropa-98,why not to ROPA-09? Is there any new G.O that cancels it?

I don’t know, I just try to understand you the real fact in our school for ROPA-2009, if the previous G.O works then how he made his option? But theoretically I’m sorry, thanks.

could you kindly post your example in details(i.e date of 1st joining, date of 2nd joining, date of option from which school i.e from 1st or 2nd school etc.) . It will be too much helpful to me. Thanks.

1st joining: 27/09/2002
2nd joining: 10/10/2007
Date of option: 01/01/2006 from 2nd School.
