Till date only one year of deputation period is allowed to teachers. But any teacher willing to pursue B.Ed. in regular mode in the session of 2015-17 will required the MC permission for two years of deputation. But, till today no order permitting a teacher two year deputatation period has been published. But the adds for admission are already out. What will the teachers do? How will the MCs allow the teachers? If any one has got the update on it, please post. It is urgent.

this year i am going to do 2 year deputation b.ed (2015-2017). but my school is denying to send me. as there is no government circular in this regard till date .what to do now.June 30, 2015 at 7:55 am #80649AnonymousInactiveActually, right now the situation is going nownere. I knew this might happen at some stage. Even the school authorities cannot be held responsible for this. Hold your breath till try to find something.
July 1, 2015 at 11:28 am #80663AnonymousInactiveOK. @suva I have accumulated some G.O.s that might help you in many ways from making your school authorities understand the facts and figures of B.Ed. training in regular mode for deputed teachers to getting admission to a certain B.Ed. college. I am sure they will serve your purpose. Even if after this your school authority does not allow you, visit the D.I. (S.E.) of your district.

thanks for your concern.but my school is not at all convinced by these G.Os . the DI is saying that it is the matter of the DIRECTORATE OF SCHOOL(SECONDARY) EDUCATION, the DI is not the authority to issue any G.O regarding this. how can it instruct my school to send me to 2 year deputation b.ed without any APPROPRIATE CIRCULAR.then what to do now.I AM FEELING VERY HELPLESS. PLEASE REPLY SOON.
July 2, 2015 at 6:07 pm #80669AnonymousInactiveNow, some diplomatic suggestions for you:
1. Ask the school to issue a declaration that they are not sending you to B.Ed. on deputation in spite of the G.O. No. 982 Sc/G, Dated, the 7th March, 1968 which directs the schools to send the non-trained teachers to B.Ed. training. Remember, you will have to press them to do so.
2. Ask them to issue also a declaration mentioning your name and address that if anything happens leading to the fear of termination of your job after 31.03.2016 for being non-trained, the school will take up the matter being in your favour and they will be responsible for that. You will again have to be forceful.
3. Ask them to produce the list of names of teachers of your school who are about to be sent to ODL B.Ed. and ask them to show that the list consists of your name.(which they at present cannot produce)
4. Immediately visit the WBBSE regional office with the following documents both in original and attested copies- your recommendation letter, appointment letter, approval and if possible with the above mentioned No. 1 and 2. Do all these immediately, because the session has already started.
Hope, this will work sister.
I am also posting the G.O. No. 982 Sc/G, Dated, the 7th March for further use.July 6, 2015 at 4:35 am #80688AnonymousInactivethanks again.it will be a waste of time if i force my school to do this. i think i have to visit the DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATION,BIKAS BHAVAN,SALT LAKE,WHAT IS YOUR OPINION.
why the concerned authority is not issuing any CIRCULAR regarding 2 year deputation b.ed 2015-17.till is already late. what is happening?July 6, 2015 at 11:55 am #80690AnonymousInactiveI think you have chosen the right way to follow. Even, should have suggested you to do this in my last post. But, one thing, I really cannot make out why the hell the school authority of yours is refusing to send you on deputation while other schools showing leniency in this regard have sent their respective teachers to B.Ed. on deputation. Will they pay you if you suffer in future? But, as of now, you go your way. If any help is required in future write again on this thread.
