After one year of complete service from the first joining the HM/TIC will deduct the P.F. from the employee’s salary after completing some manner.
He will give an A/C number against the employee.
Minimum 6 % of Basic pay and D.A. may be deducted/month.
The individual P.F. ledger will be made and kept by the institution.
After one year of financial year, Interest will be calculated and signed by the incumbent.

sir, i am an assistant teacher of computer science ( additional post). my P.F deduction was done after completion of 2yr 7months @ 6.5% of my basic.H.M didn’t done the deduction after 1year as he told me that after my retention of post he will deduct it.. my question is:- do i have to give the (2yr 7months – 1yr= 1yr 7 months) previous amount at the initial of my deduction??

This community is really very good.Thanks a lot for delivering such a quick reply.Many Head Masters deduct the GPF subscription of teachers in additional post after retention of the said post.Please tell me the procedure to rectify the said problem.
