I am working as an assistant teacher, can I get CL/ML for absence on that day?

From past experience of similar occasion, I can say that no leave will be granted on strike day. Probably, government order in this regard shall be published in this regard.

Here is the related order.
Absence on 30.04.2015 will be treated as DIES NON
