    Plz let me know the Steps to be taken by HOI in regard to General Transfer : A) For outgoing Teachers B) For incoming teachers.

    HM will give the release order after receiving letter/order from the D.I.

    Mihir babu rightly mentioned. The H.M should take necessary steps so that The outgoing teacher will get Service Book (duly countersigned by the D.I/S), Last Pay Certificate, TDS statement, Non-liability certificate etc in due time. At the time of release only release order is required.
