West Bengal School Service Commission (General Transfer) Rules, 2013 is the latest Rule, shall have the preference over the other related Rules like B.Ed candidates, obligation for serving the institution for a particular time. https://wbxpress.com/general-transfer-school-teachers-b-ed-course/

according to general transfer rules, the 25% of existing staff may apply for it. But I want to know this 25% is calculated whether out of total teaching or non teaching staff of school or just out of only teachers of the school. kindly inform me about it please. thank you

Sir,
I am a deputed candidate in B.Ed course for the session 2013-2014. I am an Assistant Teacher( Geography) in Sukanta Smriti Vidyamandir( High School) , Tarapur, Mejhia, Bankura. My teaching experience is 6 years & 5 months to till date & I am a senior most teacher i.e. I am listed in the 25 percent of eligible candidates. Anothter matter is that I have a one year child & distance of my house from my school more than 40 Km. Now I would like to apply for General transfer followed by the WBSSC notice. Please inform me I am eligible or not eligible for General Transfer as early as possible.
