according to general transfer rules, the 25% of existing staff may apply for it. But I want to know this 25% is calculated whether out of total teaching or non teaching staff of school or just out of only teachers of the school. kindly inform me about it please. thank you

Sir,
I am a deputed candidate in B.Ed course for the session 2013-2014. I am an Assistant Teacher( Geography) in Sukanta Smriti Vidyamandir( High School) , Tarapur, Mejhia, Bankura. My teaching experience is 6 years & 5 months to till date & I am a senior most teacher i.e. I am listed in the 25 percent of eligible candidates. Anothter matter is that I have a one year child & distance of my house from my school more than 40 Km. Now I would like to apply for General transfer followed by the WBSSC notice. Please inform me I am eligible or not eligible for General Transfer as early as possible.
