Sir,I am a Secondary School teacher in a Govt.-Aided School, please tell me how i check my GPF balance..And also tell me what information will need to know the GPF balance?Is there any Individual Account No. of GPF?

Can anyone let me know my PF account Number and my current accumulated PF amount. Can I see my PF statement online? If so, how and where? please help me resolve my queries.

In case of govt.aided school, a P.F.Ledger maintained by the school. An advance school (H.M.) makes individual P.F.Ledger by name and gives A/C No. according to the date of joining with the help of school p.f. a/c number. ( I have discussed it).
H.M. will ready the annual statement with deposited amount and it’s interest. ( He/she may gives slip). After the verification and signature of the incumbent, he/she signs on them.
But, now, the online system is not yet been started throughout west bengal. So, all are not able to find their P.F.on line. When the system will be completed, and the system asked to the head of the institution to submit the last balance of P.F. of each employee, then we can find our everything about our salary.

The ON-LINE system of salary yet not been started through all over West Bengal. Only a few district has been started. For, the D.I. of schools’ South 24 Pgs. has started from March,2013.
After the submission the data of P.F. by the school, the system will be started. A Code No. will issue to the teachers. By this code, he/she will able to find his/ her deposit, interest and balance respectively.
You have given a no., I see. Who has given it ? Which district are you in ? Has your salary been submitted by on-line? If the answers are “yes”, and the data has been submitted by the H.M., then you will find your answers.( as on 31/03/2013 in case of South 24 Pgs.Very recent the D.I. has given a notice- that follows-) GPF submission.pdf
