The attached file calculate GPF interest as per West Bengal norms. I will be oblige if valuable comments, suggestions or information are coming from this forum. Hope the file will works with full satisfaction.

Wonderful.
One thing I noticed that whenever, I put starting amount is zero, the closing balance shows #VALUE.

You can change interest percentage from any month !!
