Hi I m sanchita.Working as a G.R.S at nadia district in W.B.Can any one help me about the actual job responsibility of a G.R.S. I am confused caz every one in the panchayat used to say that you have to do every thing.recently in my G.P the gram panchayat sahayak came to me and told me that I have to issue the new job card and also have to do the required prosidure regarding opening of new account book at the post office. I do every thing regarding NREGA even recently I am also preparing the measurement book(M.B) beside the site measure ment,preparing the musterroll,making estimate etc.we r getting the lowest salary among the staff at panchayat level.But we have to do lots of work.is there any solution of this?
plz any one help by giving me the information (what the sahayak is right or wrong).
