what’s the future of a GRS?

I am Grs in Khour block, dist.Jammu Plz send me update about our job.
We are feeling very uncomfortable in this Job.
Please do something for all of G.R.S in our State.
Hi! i’m Maniruzzaman Mondal, working as a GRS at Rautari Gram Panchayat, Chakdaha Block, West Bengal.
We r in a helpless position. Neither the central govt. nor the state govt. thinking anything for the GRS
In NREGA the daily payment of labour(100=130),supervisor(160=195),skilled labour(260) have been increased.but what about us?our daily income is(5000/30) =Rs 166.66.the Govt.(both central & state) have forgotten us.
I am a GRS in Palashpai G.P. in Daspur-II block in Paschim Medinipur state. I have to do all types of work related to MGNREGA . I have to work from 10.30 A.M. to 5.30 P.M. everyday except sunday. But the sallary is only 4500 per month which is very very poor for me and all GRS. I request the Government to do permanent of our post and increase our sallary at least Group-C level.
