2.If no reasonable reply received from H.M., the matter may be brought to the notice of the Secy. Even no nod, forward it to D.I./S.
3.M.C.shall decide; may not be T.R.

It depends upon nature of lv. CL granted by the Secy, others by Secy after consultation with MC. The T.I.C. after consultation with Secy ,shall make over charge to an Asstt.Teacher before going to leave. Is it clear now?

8 days leave may not be CL, it’ll other than CL, which should granted in MC through proper way.
Absent of any teacher should be recorded in provisional routine khata.

a teacher can take uninterepted 7 days casual leave including sunday according to govt order . in this aspect 6 days casual leave will be calculeted. 5 days casual leave circular is very old.
