Half average pay leave and M.L

Will Leave on half average pay & m.l credit on my leave account during leave without pay period nearly 12 months with the permission of M.C for higher study?

NO.
Leave earned on the basis of Period of Duty. It is reflected on your service book.
Suppose your period of duty is as follows:-
18/01/10 to 17/01/11 ; 18/01/11 to 17/01/12; 18/01/12 to 17/01/13; 18/01/13 to 17/01/14; 18/01/14 to 17/01/15…………….
Say, you have taken 102 days of EOL from 01/06/13 to 10/09/13 then,-
18/01/13 to 17/01/14 you will get 15 (ML)+ 15 (HAP)
But the next period of duty will not start from 18/01/14, It will start from 30/04/14 to 29/04/15 in lieu of 18/01/14 to 17/01/15. And for the period of 30/04/14 to 29/04/15, you will get 15 (ML)+15(HAP)

My date of joining is 21.11.2012 in normal post(non teaching stuff).I have already taken EOL for my higher studies from 16.07.2014 to 30.06.2015……Please help me…no. Of my total M.L & HAP,Next increment date?…..next time counting period of M.l & HAP……Will it from 15.07.2015 to 14.07.2016?

Commuted leave or Leave without pay can be taken for previous yr?
i’v a problem regarding service book update. i am an A/T in high school, joined 10/3/06. yesterday my HM told me about my leave update that from 2006 to till date i’ve enjoyed 30 xtra leaves so he told me to give an application for without pay. bt the question is, Is this possible to pray for LWP for previus years? cos after my repeated request HM did not update my service book earlier. Should i pray for LWP or commuted leave in personal ground. plz help me.

Was it a continuous leave for 30 days ? Was there no leave deposit in balance in your leave register till to date? If “no”, then you have to apply for LWP and it will be treated as Over drawn and have to submit by challan in treasury. But if there is sufficient ML OR HPL, then you may asked to adjust for the days.
