But what is the procedure Head Teacher transfer one to another School?
Procedure of Transfer is detailed in rule 5.
Have any eligibility of a H.T. to transfer to another after the age of 57 yrs.?
As per rule 6(2), No teacher (incl. HT) shall be eligible for transfer if he attains the age of fifty seven years.
How many transfer may avail after H.T. promotion?
There is a bar to take another transfer after availing one, as such there is no separate rule regarding promotional cases. As per rule 6(1), No teacher shall be eligible to apply for transfer for a period of five years from the date of transfer.

Till I am waiting for your valuable clarification.April 1, 2012 at 7:09 am #71821AnonymousInactiveVacancy may be caused by Leave or Retirement. For transfer of HT a substitute reliever is necessary, so in this case the vacancy is filled up either by posting of another HT or T-in-C act as HT.
For the first case, Vacancy caused by Retirement, a circle wise panel is prepared by the Council each year. Council shall appoint senior most of the panel having requisite qualification and shall post in such primary school having HT position vacant.
If panel preparation is delayed and the position is lying vacant for a considerable amount of time, then Council utilize the service of senior most teacher as T-I-C.
For the second case without a suitable substitute, the transfer should not be made.April 1, 2012 at 12:07 pm #71828AnonymousInactiveAs per your answer I think, an existing Head Teacher May not be transfer to another Head Teacher vacancy without a suitable substitute i.e. except mutual transfer.Am I right partner ???
