September 10, 2015 at 3:48 pm #81055AnonymousInactive@RANABIR SAREN: Son age is 15 years (below 18 years) so, wife should apply to the departmental head for immediate financial assistance by providing a Govt. job to her. This action should be immediately taken otherwise no appointment on compassionate ground will be possible. If a time of 6 months lapse then Govt. will consider the family do not need financial assistance.
One thing more, some may advise that the son to apply for a Govt. job but that will be delayed for atleast 3 years. By that time, the family will suffer a huge financial loss. So, it is always a good idea to apply for the wife.
Appointment through compassionate ground is a lengthy process, so at every stage you should keep received copy of your application. This will tremendously help in future.September 11, 2015 at 10:10 am #81061AnonymousInactiveCan anyone provide me the details of the G.O. September 11, 2015 at 2:55 pm #81064AnonymousInactiveAs per my experience, as suggested by #Asif sir the spouse (aged above 18) of the deceased should apply seeking appointment on compassionate ground within six months of death of the employee, in a prescribed performa (Part I & Part II of Annexure A & B) to the appointing authority through the Head of the Office of the employee, along with a copy of death certificate.
The first condition is fulfilled in this case:
*Employee has worked less than 20 years & aged below 50 years.
But at the time of enquiry by the three man Departmental committee one of the following conditions need to be fulfilled:
*The monthly income of the family falls below 90% of the Gross Salary of the Employee before death.
Or
*The monthly income of the family below minimum salary of a Group D employee (in case of Group D) or the minimum salary of LDC (in case of other than Group D employee)September 25, 2015 at 2:36 pm #81107AnonymousInactiveCan anyone provide me the details of the G.O.
