Help? Unable to Continue attending Primary School

i am a primary teacher in paschim medinipur sadar west circle. now i am absent from my school without any notice due to some obnoxious situation which i can not explain in this public forum. what could i do to save my job and seek a transfer from this school to come out of this strangulating situation ? please anyone help me as early as possible.

But without knowing the fact, nobody would be able to help you in this regard. Anyway, you may apply for transfer to the Chairman, Primary Board of your District, through the SI of your Circle, showing appropriate reason for seeking Transfer.

Dear mister, you may seek transfer at any moment but acceptance of your application depends on many things such as teacher student ratio, your ground of application etc.
But you should send an intimation and prayer for application for leave ( for your absence). You may pray for commuted leave or leave with out pay on personal ground. But it it is not a wise decision to remain absent with out intimation for a long period. Thanks !

i have been absent for two days, but i have no intention to be absent without notice for a long period. by the way, i have also have a little intention to continue in this school. will try to pray for transfer to SI . what rules are applicable due to this kind of situation( in primary teachers manual) ?
Edit: By the way, transfer is a million dollar criteria. netas are accumulating bucks for their own means in the name of transfer. it is not merely the cause – effect criteria.

the SI office have received the application and i have received the acknowledgement of the courier. but any staff of the office might have not moved it to the SI. what’s next ? please anyone suggest..

now the SI has temporarily deputed me in another school after i have complained in wbsed grievance redressal link. there i have attached the scanned copy of the application submitted. after receiving my complain, wbsed directed the SI to grant my prayer. Thanks to WBSED, thanks to WB Govt.
Now i want a permanent transfer. How can i proceed ? Please anyone help me in this regard as early as possible.

Now the chairman’s office has given a permanent transfer in my school. How is it possible where there is no teacher shortage ? Why my appointment is not made permanent ? Is there any frustrated “Neta” behind this who was unable to suck any money from me, suggested the chairman to do so ? What could i do ? Please suggest anyone.

Now the chairman’s office has given a permanent transfer(district transfer) to a lady teacher in my school. How is it possible where there is no teacher shortage ?Why my appointment is not made permanent ?
In the meantime,there was a published vacancy declaration from SI office, in which , the vacancy in my school was clearly stated. I also applied for that vacancy.My application was the first in the queue.Moreover, i have been in deputed service in that very school for long.
The recently came lady teacher said me that she has applied for the district transfer since 2012. If this is true, then why the SI office has declared the post as vacant and asked from us the application for filling the duped “vacant post”.
Is there any frustrated “Neta” behind this who was unable to suck any money from me, suggested the chairman to do so ? What could i do ? Please suggest anyone.
