I personally believe in the following two sayings of Chanakya:
a) A person should not be too honest. Straight trees are cut first and honest people are screwed first &
b)The world’s biggest power is the youth and beauty of a woman. But education is the best friend. An educated person is respected everywhere. Education beats the beauty and the youth.
In the light of the above two sayings especially point number (b), I would request that all the fellows who are the members on this forum should make this forum more explosive, useful and meaningful by enriching it with their knowledge and experiences to let the others know as to how the works are get done in the government offices with reference to a particular order or tradition or practice. In a democratic society like ours, we have got so much freedom that we have become more oppressive upon our own people than the British administration which used to rule upon us some 65 years ago. Right from appointments to pension, getting anything done has become a Herculean task for an ordinary citizen. Therefore I sincerely appeal to all my brethren to post their knowledge as well as the supportive government orders or policy or practice or tradition running in the government offices on this site or at least provide the guidance as to who and how can help a person in distress to solve his problem. God never comes down to earth to support or help any person. He changes the hearts of the persons whom He loves and endows with the wisdom casting the duties upon them to help others. We cannot change destiny of a person but can surely be by his side to render our support in his hour of distress. So, I appeal that help us by your wisdom to help you.
