Can anyone offer me the case number for the Samir Saha case under the Hon’ble Calcutta High Court whose judgment was given by the division bench of Hon’ble Justicw Pranab Kumar Chattopadhyay and Hon’ble Justice Tarun Kumar Das on 03.10.2012. The case was fought by Advocate Ekramul Bari and the news of the judgment came in the 4th October edition of Ananda Bajar Patrika.
