If you were allowed to appear in the M.A. Part-I Examination, the authorities are bound to grant you the same in case of M.A. Part-II if the prior permission was taken. Also this time around, do not forget to mention in the application that your leave does not violet the School Expenditure Control Act- 2005.

Since you are appointed in PG scale there is no question of not availing the scale. The salary will be credited as per norms. What I told you in the last post is that you have to get your study leave approved by the Board. And that you can do by resubmitting the application. Remember, you have to do this as you are in continuation of service. This time around, you submit the application with the M.A. pass marksheet, certificate, leave approval resolution of the MC, leave approval letter issued by the Board for Part-I exam. Hope, it will suffice.

Yes. Resubmission of documents will do it. Actually, you must make the Board understand that you did not take the advantage of higher degree while you were posted in Pass category.
