A resolution has been adopted on the ground of my application and given permission to me for studying B.ed course. But my H.O.I not mentioning the period (Extra Ordinary leave/leave with out pay period) in the resolution and don’t forwarded the matter to our respective D.I. Though I have submit a written application to the secretary of M.C through T.I.C for my release order. Is release order necessary for me? I have taken admission in a B.ed college on 24.06.2014. Dear friends,
Is there any G.O for a non-teaching staff for obtaining B.ed degree? If the non-teaching staff is not a person with disability, then in what way he/she can do such degree? I don’t know what is thinking my friends or our government about non-teaching staff. I want to know all of your opinion.June 29, 2014 at 3:58 pm #79614AnonymousInactiveRe: G.O. for Higher Studies
An approved non-teaching staff no needs to take B.Ed degree according to his/ her duty of service.
If he/she wants to do such degree then he/she should become firstly an asst. teacher. Then he/ she may claimed to do such degree.
You will be granted only Special Leave in exceptional circumstances on the period of examination -Madhyamik, H.S., Bachelors, B.Ed, or Master degree. (79-Edn dt. 28.01.1994) if you admitted with the permission of M.C. as well as D.I.June 29, 2014 at 4:32 pm #79615AnonymousInactiveRe: Permission for Higher Study and Release Order
You may take EOL for a maximum period of 2 years for your personal affairs. If such leave sanctioned by the authority ( who will be the authority is not mentioned in the rule).
In the case of EOL, You will not get ‘RELEASE ORDER’ from your school authority.

Dear friends,
On 03.07.2014, I went to D.I office regarding higher study permission. Our respective D.I told me that there is no provision to a non-teaching staff for improving their qualification.I wanted to draw his kind attention that I will not be eligible to sit for T.E.T and R.L.S.T without B.ed degree after 2014.There is no scope for me doing such degree by odl, distance or correspondence mode.So B.ed degree is obligatory to me and I want to take admission in B.ed course in regular mode.I need your permission (D.I).I wanted to submit my written prays with M.c resolution, but D.I and his official staff refused to receive my application. So friends how can I improve my qualification? Some of my friends think as a non-teaching, no need such degree. If I need such degree, I would be a teacher firstly, then I claim such degree. But according to current education system, our government will not allow me or any fresh candidate to sit for T.E.T and RLST without B.ed degree. I want to struggle for it.I need your help, accompany and valuable suggestion.July 14, 2014 at 4:08 pm #79667AnonymousInactiveUnfortunately, the DI/s was correct to tell you that there is no provision to a non-teaching staff for improving their qualification at the present system.
