IF YOU DO NOT CLAIM HIGHER SCALE, PERMISSION FROM THE MC IS SUFFICIENT.
IF YOU DO NOT CLAIM STUDY LEAVE PROBLEM MAY ARISE. EVEN IF EXAMS FALL ON HOLIDAYS/SUNDAYS… INFORM THE MATTER TO MC DONT TAKE CL/ML etc.. to sit for exam.. Do not suppress anything.. If exam held on working day, send study leave application to the WBBSE through the school authority.

Please state your matter clearly. I am not getting your points or data. However if you have followed the relevant rules, you may get such benefit.

As far as I could understand from your post, you have joined in a new school as an Honours Graduate and before that you did your M.Sc without the prior permission of the MC while you were a Pass Graduate teacher in another school. If the matter is such, you can apply for M.Sc scale to the MC. It does not matter with your last post because you are not going to apply for PG scale as a Pass Graduate teacher.
