    I AM STATE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE, WHETHER I AM ELIGIBLE FOR DRAWING HOUSE BUILDING LOAN AS I DON’T HAVE ANY HOUSE IN MY NAME. I WANT TO PUT ANOTHER FLOOR TO OUR RESIDENCE. IF ELIGIBLE, PLEASE MENTION THE CEILING OF THE LOAN AND TENURE WITH INTEREST RATES.

    State Government do not provide House Building Loan to the employees. It is the Banks to which you need to contact with. You can contact SBI. The current interest rate is 7.55 wef 16.06.2020.
