House Rent – Husband and Wife Both State Govt. Employees

I am a State Govt employee, my wife is also a state govt employee and both have to stay in different district. my wife is staying at govt quarters. Now my quiry is that am I eligible to get a govt quarters or eligible to draw HRA?
