How to calculate Basic Pension for retired teacher

Ex. Last Pay -₹12140
Qualifying service – 13.5
Basic pension = 12140/2×13.5/20 =4097.25
I want to query that is this figure will turn into next 0 digits = 4100 or not will change? If not change then what value will be Basic pension after commutation? Pls help me.
